How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product and where it ships from. The estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. You receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Can I return an item?
For online purchases in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Contact us and we will guide you through it.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes. Prices shown to customers in Denmark include VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
