Where we ship

We ship to Denmark, to all EU countries, and to selected countries outside the EU. The countries available for your address are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order – to Denmark, every EU country and every other country we ship to. There is no minimum order.

Delivery times

Denmark and the EU: usually 8–15 business days from your order.
Outside the EU: usually 10–20 business days.
Each product page shows the estimated delivery time to your country. Prints, canvases and mugs are made close to you and usually arrive within about a week.

Our products are sent to you directly from our partner warehouses and production partners, so they are not posted from a Danish shop counter. Prints, canvases, mugs and other printed items are made to order before they are shipped. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: busy periods (for example the weeks before Ramadan and Eid) and carrier delays can make delivery take longer.

Orders with several items

If you order several items, they may be sent separately and arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. Shipping is always free.

Tracking

When your order has been sent, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to show the first scan.

Damaged, lost or late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery time above, or arrives damaged, email us at yones.olsen.com@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, and we will send a replacement or refund you if a parcel is lost in transit.

Prices, VAT and import charges

All prices include Danish VAT (25%). For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply; these are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices.
